The phone number for Crozer medical records is now Morgan Records Management’s medical records line, (833) 888-0061, staffed Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern. Morgan’s Crozer request page doesn’t print that number, and the Delaware County Health Department’s own update page says no phone number is listed. It appears on Morgan’s custodian page for Prospect Crozer, LLC, which is why many former patients never find it. Below, you’ll find every contact we could confirm, what each one is good for, and what to have ready before you call.

Morgan is a national records custodian based in Merrimack, New Hampshire. Its company page says it was founded in 1997 and handles hospital closures in all 50 states, so the person who answers is not in Delaware County and won’t know the local hospitals. So keep your questions to your own request.
Why there is no Crozer phone number anymore
Crozer-Chester Medical Center’s emergency room stopped taking new patients on April 30, 2025, and Crozer physician offices closed after May 2, 2025. The old hospital switchboard and the Health Information Management office went with them. According to the Delaware County Health Department’s Prospect bankruptcy page, Prospect moved every Crozer records request to Morgan Records Management in July 2025.

What the Morgan phone line can and can’t do
The phone line is useful for three things. You can ask about a request you already filed, using your ticket number. You can ask why a request is delayed. And if you don’t have internet access, Morgan’s custodian page says you can call and they will mail you a paper request form.
What it won’t do is take a full request over the phone. HIPAA requires the custodian to verify who you are, and Morgan built Crozer requests around the online form, where you either enter a Social Security number or upload a photo of a government ID. As a result, expect staff to point you back to the website if you have a computer or smartphone.
Have this ready before you call
- Your ticket ID number from the confirmation email (the county’s guide tells you to write it down on the last screen of the form).
- The patient’s full name as it appeared at Crozer, plus date of birth.
- Which department the request was for, such as General Medical Records or Radiology.
- The date you submitted it and the delivery option you picked.
How to request records from Crozer Morgan Records Management
The county’s step-by-step Crozer guide (May 12, 2026) is the clearest version of the process. In short: go to the Crozer Morgan site, click “Request My Records,” choose a department, pick Pennsylvania and the matching Crozer practice, fill in your details, verify your identity, and choose “Secure HIPAA Electronic Transfer $0” as the delivery option. Morgan also offers a USB drive by mail, but the county says that option carries a fee.
Morgan’s Crozer page lists separate request forms for General Medical Records, Radiology, Maternity, Endoscopy, Oncology, Mental/Behavioral Health, Billing (itemized bills from April 1, 2026), Pathology Report and Pathology Specimen. If you were treated in more than one area, file more than one request. A single General Medical Records request will not pull your mammogram images or your behavioral health notes.
Is it free?
For most former Crozer patients, yes, if you choose electronic delivery. In August 2025 a bankruptcy judge signed an order under which the Foundation for Delaware County committed $3 million to cover record costs for up to 43,000 patients, according to the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s announcement. State Rep. Leanne Krueger’s office noted at the time that the deal applies whether or not you are on Medicaid.
Refunds are where the sources disagree. The Attorney General said in August 2025 that it would not reimburse patients who had already paid. The county’s page, updated in June 2026, says patients who paid can request reimbursement on the Morgan website, and Morgan’s Crozer page now links a “Crozer Refund Request” form. If you paid before the settlement, filing that form costs you nothing.
How long Crozer Morgan Records Management requests take
Morgan’s custodian page says requests can take up to 30 days, which is the window most states allow, and that it tries to finish sooner. Morgan works through requests in the order it receives them. Morgan’s general request page adds that delays can come from high volume or from records that haven’t been fully transferred yet. If you’re past 30 days with no update, that’s a reasonable time to call (833) 888-0061 with your ticket number.

Getting help in person or by phone in Delaware County
The Delaware County Health Department has run hands-on records sessions for former Crozer patients; FOX29 covered one in September 2025. The department posts dates on its website and social media rather than on a fixed schedule. For questions in between, the county lists its Wellness Line at (484) 276-2100. That’s often the better call for someone who is unsure where to start, because staff know the local situation.
The deadline that makes this urgent
The county says Crozer records not covered by the ChristianaCare imaging arrangement will be destroyed after March 2, 2027.
