Today, nothing you type in. This site has no forms, accounts or comments for visitors. We never collect medical-record requests or health information; those go directly to Morgan Records Management under its own privacy terms.
Like nearly every website, our web host automatically records basic technical details when you visit: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These logs are used only to keep the site secure and working, and are not sold or shared for marketing.
We don't use advertising cookies, social media pixels or cross-site tracking. WordPress sets cookies only for the site's own editors when they log in. If we ever add an analytics tool, we'll describe it here before it goes live.
We link to official sources such as Delaware County, Morgan Records Management and hospital websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we don't control.
If we later add a form that matches you with a local provider, it will ask only for your name, phone, email, ZIP code and the service you need, never diagnoses or insurance ID numbers. It will name who will contact you and how, and it won't share anything until you tick an unticked consent box. We'll update this policy before any such form goes live.
This site is meant for adults and isn't directed to children under 13.
